Job description
The Administrator will be responsible for the provision of a range of administrative support duties to ensure smooth functioning and effective operation of Bryson Care West.
Responsibilities
- The Administrator will be responsible for the provision of a range of administrative support duties to ensure smooth functioning and effective operation of Bryson Care West.
- Maintain and operate the Carefree Information Management system, including inputting Service User and Staff data on Carefree.
- Prepare and maintain Staff files including recordings and monitoring paperwork.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent
- Experience of using standard software packages e.g. Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Access
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to demonstrate basic numeracy skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Sensitivity in relation to handling Service Users information and respect for confidentiality
- Driving licence
- Access to a car
Desirable Skills
- 2 years experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of Payroll Administration
- Experience of creating reports within a working environment
- Experience of using Information Management Systems
