We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team. As the Deputy Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Home Manager to enhance the skills of the care team, drawing on your personal and professional expertise to ensure that our residents receive the necessary support. Responsibilities

• Administering medications, assisting with the creation of care plans.
• Helping staff improve their skills and knowledge in this field.
• You will also support the care team in honing their practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Has a proven track record of leading a team to provide exceptional care.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in person-centred care planning and expertise in caring for individuals with dementia.

Further Information

Location: Weavers House. Work Time: 36 hours per week, (24 hrs supernumerary & 12 hrs on floor), to be confirmed. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
