Responsibilities

  • To ensure the correct level of care and assistance is delivered to each resident enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence at all times.
  • Work as part of a team, supporting and promoting independence to our residents.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial.
  • Good communication skills.
