THE EMPLOYER IS: CLODAN LTD T/A THE WHITE HORSE INN This role will include day-to-day tasks, greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be taking orders and handling cash and card payments. Candidates will learn how to create drinks at the bar while keeping the area clean and well stocked.

Responsibilities

• Assisting experienced bartenders and learning drink recipes.
• Cleaning and learning bar operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders and preparing drinks.
• Restocking supplies including glassware.
• Handle basic transactions and comply with all safety and legal requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Experience handling payments.
• Basic Health and Safety knowledge.

Desirable Skills

• Drinks knowledge.
