Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: REFRESH PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LTD. Working with the Installation Team to install loft space insulation in domestic properties. This role will include laying insulation, removing redundant materials and ensuring you leave a neat and tidy job. You will be working alongside the public, so customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers in occupied properties.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure all customers are left satisfied with the job done.
• Measure spaces for insulation using tools that determine the volume and length needed.
• Apply sealants or other necessary coating products.
• Cut lengths of insulation materials as needed to fit them to the space.
• Install insulation materials in designated spaces in accordance with industry best practices.
• Learn how to undertake cavity wall insulation - extraction and installation of insulation bead.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Excellent spoken English in order to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in a small team.
• Customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

• Driving licence.
• CSR card.
