Office Administrator


Job description

Office administrator required for a busy Golf Club office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to Manager, Officers, Conveners, and to the Committees.
  • Open and distribute post.
  • Responsible for daily cash sales and banking.
  • Take telephone messages and handle queries via telephone, face-to-face and email.
  • Maintain diary of meetings and events.
  • Handle bookings coming through the club for members, visitors, societies and businesses.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • General admin experience and use of Microsoft 365 is essential.
  • Knowledge of Sage Accounting and Payroll would be advantageous.
  • Interest and understanding of golf preferred but not mandatory.
