Office Administrator
Job description
Office administrator required for a busy Golf Club office.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to Manager, Officers, Conveners, and to the Committees.
- Open and distribute post.
- Responsible for daily cash sales and banking.
- Take telephone messages and handle queries via telephone, face-to-face and email.
- Maintain diary of meetings and events.
- Handle bookings coming through the club for members, visitors, societies and businesses.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- General admin experience and use of Microsoft 365 is essential.
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting and Payroll would be advantageous.
- Interest and understanding of golf preferred but not mandatory.
