Choice is hiring a Scheme Coordinator for Fitzroy Court. This post holder will provide day to day support to the tenants of this Sheltered Living Scheme.

Responsibilities

• This post holder will provide day to day support to the tenants of this Sheltered Living Scheme.
• Provide prospective tenants with information on the Scheme and its services.
• Complete pre-tenancy requirements and sign up new tenants.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One year’s recent experience providing professional and care/support services.

Desirable Skills

• CLAIT or equivalent.
• Qualification in Housing or Support/Care.
• Administration skills.
