Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: LON TECH CONSULTING The Administrator role will involve scheduling jobs with suppliers and liaising with teams members to agree allocation of jobs and tracking work allocated and reporting completed jobs. This position will include working from home after induction and training with scheduled office-based days and regular team meetings with your manager.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling jobs and tracking their progress.
  • Office administration including filing.
  • Customer liaison.
  • Trend analysis.
  • Developing spreadsheet trackers.
  • Invoice creation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • General computer skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills for telephone, email and remote online meetings.
  • Able to work in confidential situations.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work on own initiative after instruction.
  • Comfortable working in a small team and willing to be flexible in duties required on a day-to-day basis as new opportunities arise and the role develops.

The Employer is: LON TECH CONSULTING JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer. Access to/own transport required for office days as we are based in a rural location, 4 miles from Armagh & 10 miles from Dungannon. The majority of time will be working from home so internet access at home is necessary.
