Project Support Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: ENTERPRISE NORTH WEST We are looking for an organised and motivated Project Support Assistant to join our main office team. This role is pivotal in helping Enterprise North West deliver high-quality support programmes to a diverse range of customers and aspiring entrepreneurs. You will act as a key point of contact, providing the administrative support team with support to see projects and programmes from initial intake to completion. Responsibilities
- The Project Support Assistant will work closely with our programme leads and delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Programme Coordination: Assisting in the scheduling of workshops, mentoring sessions, and training events across our various enterprise initiatives.
- Customer Engagement: Serving as a first point of contact for enquiries, managing registrations, and maintaining regular communication with programme participants.
- Data & Compliance: Updating and maintaining accurate records on our CRM system to track client progress and ensure all project data meets funding and audit requirements.
- Marketing Support: Assisting with the creation and distribution of promotional materials, social media updates, and newsletters to highlight upcoming programmes.
- Reporting: Helping the office staff compile feedback, survey results, and impact data to produce monthly and end-of-project reports for stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Customer Service Excellence: The ability to answer the phone and email with the ability to build rapport with people from all backgrounds.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Adaptability: A flexible approach to work, with the ability to support different teams as project priorities shift.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in an office-based role with a level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
