THE EMPLOYER IS: S'MORE'A'LICIOUS We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Wholesale Packer to support our growing production team. You will be responsible for packing customer and wholesale orders accurately, preparing orders for dispatch, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities

• Food Hygiene & Safety - Learning proper hygiene standards, safe food handling, cleaning procedures, and compliance with food safety regulations within a packing and dispatch environment.
• Bulk Packing & Quality Control - Gaining hands-on experience in packing products in wholesale quantities, checking weights, counts, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are me
• Stock Control & Warehouse Organisation - Learning how to monitor stock levels, rotate materials, and maintain organised storage and packing areas suitable for wholesale operations.
• Wholesale Order Picking & Assembly - Developing skills in accurately picking products, assembling wholesale orders to customer specifications, and preparing cartons for shipment.
• Product Labelling & Dispatch Compliance - Learning to apply correct batch codes, date labels, and documentation, and preparing completed orders for dispatch in line with wholesale and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to follow food safety rules, maintain personal hygiene, prevent cross-contamination, and carry out cleaning schedules in line with food safety regulations.

Desirable Skills

• Allergen awareness training.
