Job description

We are now recruiting Customer Services employees to join our online chat department.

Responsibilities

  • You will ensure excellent customer service is always provided whilst communicating courteously and accurately.
  • You will provide a fast and efficient online chat service to new and existing customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Two GCSE’s or equivalent in English and Math’s.
  • Excellent Customer service skills with a minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must be willing to pursue APA/ CIP insurance qualifications.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous online chat experience.
  • Previous experience gained within the insurance industry.
