THE EMPLOYER IS: CORE IMPACT LTD The Client Experience Assistant is an entry level role designed to support the delivery of leadership and training programmes. The role focuses on helping ensure learners and participants have a positive, organised, and professional experience from start to finish. This is a learning focused opportunity where the participant will build confidence, workplace skills, and practical experience in administration, communication, and programme support. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a fast growing leadership and training consultancy. The successful participant will be involved in a wide range of exciting and varied projects supporting leadership development, training programmes, and professional learning initiatives delivered across Northern Ireland. The role provides exposure to real world projects, allowing the participant to see how programmes are planned, organised, and delivered from start to finish. They will work closely with experienced professionals in a supportive environment and gain insight into how organisations invest in people development and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of training programmes and workshops.
  • Assisting with communication to learners including sending updates, reminders, and information.
  • Preparing and organising learning materials, attendance sheets, and programme packs.
  • Uploading and managing digital files and learning resources.
  • Updating trackers and spreadsheets to record learner progress and activity.
  • Supporting the team with scheduling, diary management, and basic coordination tasks.
  • Helping prepare rooms and resources for in person sessions.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties to support the wider team.
  • Providing professional support to learners and participants.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • This is an entry level role and no previous experience is required. Full training and support will be provided.
  • Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic documents.
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.

Desirable Skills

  • Comfortable using email, word documents, and simple spreadsheets.
