To performing a range of administrative duties within CITB NI.

Responsibilities

  • Performing a range of administrative duties within CITB NI.
  • Support the planning, organisation and delivery of courses and events for participants from the construction industry.
  • Provision of a employer telephone call help line.
  • Managing room booking and hire.
  • Reception duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • At least 5 GCSEs Grade C or above (incl English Language) or equivalent AND at least 1 years relevant work experience gained within the last 3 years OR at least 2 years relevant work experience gained within the last 5 years.
  • Capable of using a range of computer systems including Microsoft word (including mailmerge and general communication), excel (including workbooks, charts, formula) and outlook.
  • Effective communicator with ability to forge effective working relationships.
  • Effective in managing time and prioritising workload.
