Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: MCS BRANDING This role supports MCS Branding’s expanding production and fulfilment operations as the business grows through its partnership with Axomo, a global digital merchandise platform. The successful candidate will assist with order processing, print and embroidery preparation and despatch of branded merchandise. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a workshop and fulfilment environment. The role offers the opportunity to develop transferable skills in production, logistics, teamwork and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders from the order management system.
  • Follow internal production workflows to prepare items for printing or embroidery.
  • Assist with operating printing or embroidery equipment under supervision.
  • Pack, label and despatch completed orders accurately and to a high standard.
  • Update order status and complete basic documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
  • Support warehouse tasks including deliveries and stock organisation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Interest in practical or creative work.
  • Basic IT awareness.
