The Nicholl Fuel Oils Group is the largest Independent Oil distributor in Northern Ireland with multiple offices and depots and retail sites throughout. We are currently looking for Full Time Telesales Executives to join our busy sales teams in both our Head Office, Derry and our Belfast Office. Our full-time roles are based on a 40-hour week (30 minutes unpaid lunch) with operating hours between 8.00am -6.00pm (Mon-Fri) and Saturday overtime when contractually required on a rota basis. Due to seasonal demands, hours of work may vary.
Responsibilities
- Telephone communication with both potential and existing customers.
- Processing orders, recording and updating records and relevant data.
- Market Intelligence - gathering general sales information, while assessing market trends.
- Customer care in accordance with the company's policy.
- Liaising with the Team Manager to ensure maintenance of our Pricing Policy and Credit Control.
- Assisting in any general marketing of the company's services including any organizational promotional activity.
- General Administration duties.

Essential Skills
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in telesales an advantage.
