Job description

The primary responsibility of the Heating Engineer will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties (domestic). They will ensure that the heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties
• Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards
• Communicate updates and progress of work

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in domestic heating installation and maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude

Desirable Skills

• Experience with leading boiler brands
• Unvented hot water system certification
• Experience with power flushing and system balancing
• Familiarity with underfloor heating installations
