The primary responsibility of the Heating Engineer will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties (domestic). They will ensure that the heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties
- Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards
- Communicate updates and progress of work
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in domestic heating installation and maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
Desirable Skills
- Experience with leading boiler brands
- Unvented hot water system certification
- Experience with power flushing and system balancing
- Familiarity with underfloor heating installations
