THE EMPLOYER IS: ARTILLERY YOUTH CENTRE As a Catering Assistant, you will be working in the Bosco Café alongside existing staff team. You will work on sandwiches, hot food preparation, customer service and in the process learn barista skills, food hygiene, and the safe use of catering equipment and food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation.
• Till operation and managing customer payments.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the café.
• Understanding social enterprise.
• Preparation of outside catering.
• Stock control.
• Supporting marketing and social media content.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No previous catering experience is required as full training will be given.
• Willingness to learn.
• Basic food hygiene skills.
• A good standard of Maths and English.
