This permanent, hands-on role involves fabricating and welding structural steel components to engineering drawings, working within a busy workshop environment and contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects. Ideal for a skilled fabricator who is looking for long-term, stable employment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld steel parts for buildings and structures
• Read and follow engineering drawings
• Use tools like grinders, torches, and measuring gear
• Tack, weld, and assemble components
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organised
• Support CE marking and ISO quality standards

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience as a welder and fabricator
• Ability to read fabrication drawings
• Confident using hand tools and workshop equipment
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
