Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in line with agreed menus and standards
• Serve meals to students in a safe and friendly manner
• Store food correctly in line with food hygiene regulations
• Ensure kitchen equipment is clean, maintained and ready for use
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all canteen areas
• Ensure dining and kitchen areas are cleaned, sanitised and prepared for the next day’s activities

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Enhanced Access NI check will be required

Desirable Skills

• Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
