Job description

We are looking for a Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a well-maintained residential property development.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning communal areas including corridors, stairwells, lifts, and entrance halls.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Cleaning bin stores and shared facilities.
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
• Upkeep of development.
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Have good attention to detail.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Stock taking - cleaning supplies.

Desirable Skills

• Have previous commercial or residential cleaning experience (preferred)
