Regional Investment Planning Officer


Job description

To assist the Regional Investment Planning Manager in ensuring that regional, area and estate-based investment programmes, plans and strategies are in place to deliver the Asset Management Strategy and 10 Year Investment Plan.

Responsibilities

  • To undertake robust analyses of stock condition data and other relevant information in order to assist the Regional Investment Planning Manager determine future regional investment plans and programmes.
  • To work with the Neighbourhood Planning Team, Area Offices and other internal and external stakeholders as appropriate to put in place estate plans/strategies.
  • To assist the Regional Investment Planning Manager in preparing draft responses or briefs in relation to internal and external queries regarding regional forward investment plans, programmes and schemes.
  • To undertake staff appraisals, providing guidance on personal development needs, advising on and initiating development/ training opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Possess a degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification PLUS 2 years' relevant experience.
  • OR Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
