Job description
The post holder will assist the relevant Community Services Officer to fully and effectively deliver their Strategy and Action Plan, including the implementation of specific projects or programmes as required.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Two A-levels or equivalent
- At least 1 year’s relevant administrative experience which includes organising and prioritising a demanding workload
- At least 1 year’s experience demonstrating a high standard of accuracy in maintaining detailed records
- At least 1 year’s experience working in a relevant Community field e.g. Peace / Policing and Community Safety (PCSP)/ Community to include assisting with project delivery
- At least 1 year’s experience monitoring and evaluating projects
- At least 1 year’s experience using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experienced in formal minute taking

Desirable Skills
- A level 4 qualification
- Collation of management information
- Additional years’ experience in a relevant field e.g. Peace/ PCSP/ Community which includes assisting with project delivery
- Additional years’ experience monitoring and evaluating projects
