We are looking for a talented curry chef to join our kitchen team and bring a passion for authentic Indian flavours to every dish. As a Curry Chef, you will play a key role in preparing our signature dishes and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene standards, creating menus.
• Ensuring food quality, and managing inventory.
• Also oversee cooking techniques, train junior chefs and maintain kitchen.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Spice blending experience.
• Expert knife skills.
• Excel in food presentation, time management, multitasking, and have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in traditional cooking methods like tandoori and dum.
