Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: ULSTER SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT LIMITED Providing excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. The role includes preparing food items such as sandwiches and serving hot and cold drinks to the required standard while maintaining a high level of food safety. It also involves processing payments accurately, receiving and organising deliveries, and keeping the cafe clean and well-presented at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Deliver a high standard of Food Safety.
• Basic preparation of food, making sandwiches etc.
• Serving hot and cold drinks to required standard.
• Processing payments.
• Ensuring the needs and expectations of customers are met.
• Receiving and processing deliveries.
• Being aware of Health and Safety procedures.
• Assisting and advising customers visiting the site.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site.
• Being aware of and adhering to all USEL's Policies and Procedure.

Further Information

Location: Ability Cafés - The Foundry, Shankill Road or The Stables, Lady Dixon Park. The Employer is: ULSTER SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT LIMITED JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
