Job description
The equip Project Implementation Manager will support the development, implementation and delivery of the new system and associated business change within BHSCT. The post holder will be responsible for communication and working collaboratively with the regional equip programme team, the wider Trust, and the Trust Programme Board. The post holder will lead the implementation process to secure delivery within programme timescales and timelines. The post holder will have a lead role in supporting Human Resources, Finance and end users to identify and implement service change, and improvements related to the equip implementation. Responsibilities
- To promote, support and lead on the implementation of the new Oracle system. The postholder will work with Human Resource, Finance and with other stakeholders across the Trust and regionally to ensure a successful implementation.
- Lead the implementation process to secure delivery of Oracle within programme timescales and timelines ensuring that there are appropriate project management processes in place to do so.
- To take the lead role in liaising with the central equip programme team to develop and maintain a Trust specific programme plan.
- To work with Executive Team, Collective Leadership Teams, HR and Finance to support the re-design of processes, working practices and data-flow associated with the implementation of a new Oracle system and future state operating models.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Have a university degree or relevant professional qualification and have worked for at least 2 years in a senior management role in a major complex organisation.
- Or Have worked for at least 3 years in a senior management role in a major complex organisation.
- Demonstrate success in strategic people, governance and organisational skills to effect positive change across an organisation.
Desirable Skills
- Project Management qualification.
