Front of House / Administrative Assistant
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: ALTEREGO AESTHETICS You will be the first point of contact, both in person and via other communication channels. Successful candidates will need strong communication skills and proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Other duties include visitor management, booking and rescheduling appointments, providing administrative support, bookkeeping, maintaining tidy and welcoming workspaces, and supporting positive client relations.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, checking them in, preparing and reassuring them before procedures, checking them out, and updating records.
- Answering phone calls, emails, social media enquiries, and in-person questions in a polite and professional manner.
- Managing appointments, reviews, room bookings, and staff diaries.
- Administrative support such as dealing with stock, invoices and payments.
- Maintain incoming payment records.
- Maintaining reception and communal areas.
- Being the first point of contact for clients and confidently building rapport with them.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in digital programs (training will be provided).
- Financial management.
- Customer service skills.
- English and Math GCSE or functional skills equivalent.
Desirable Skills
- Facility management.
- Previous administrative or IT experience.
