Recovery Teams provide an integrated multi-disciplinary and comprehensive range of interventions for adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems. In line with national guidance, this service aims to be accessible, acceptable, effective and equitable. The Team operates within a Recovery ethos promoting service user, carer involvement and engagement and promoting social inclusion, independence and autonomy. The team offer a range of bio psychosocial interventions to service users and carers aimed at promoting and maintaining hope, opportunity and choice. ROLE PURPOSE The Manager will be directly responsible to ensure day today co-ordination of the services provided by the multi-disciplinary Team and for ensuring that systems and policies are in place to support operational effectiveness, supporting clinical governance and high quality service delivery within allocated resources.

Essential Skills

• Level 1 Registered Nurse RMN on the Live NMC Register Mental Health Branch.

Desirable Skills

• To have completed: Supervision & Appraisal Training Dip/Cert in First Line Management Diploma in Community Mental Health Nursing Post Qualifying Award in Psychological Interventions for Severe and Enduring Mental Illness
