Health Care Assistant - Night duty To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to elderly residents in a family owned residential care home, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in line with the organisation’s values and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Committed to promoting residents’ wellbeing.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a care home or similar setting.
• Knowledge of dementia care and safeguarding procedures.
• Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care.

Further Information

Location: Breffni House residential home. There will be several mandatory checks required prior to employment, including Access NI checks, employment references, employment history and gap check. Application to NISCC must be made before employment begins or as soon as employment commences. Payment every 4 weeks via BACS. Uniform provided. Free training provided.
