THE EMPLOYER IS: DSSRT FCTRY We are offering an entry level position for an Assistant Supervisor. The right person will learn through our extensive training program how a business operates efficiently. You will learn all things customer service, team building and motivation, and afforded learning experience with our partner supplier. Develop in depth knowledge on how the customer experience is delivered by using extensive processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash/card drawer with accurate money management.
• Customer service.
• Food Preparation.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• AD hoc admin duties.
• Supplier ordering.
• Develop sales initiatives.
• Close down duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Customer service skills.

Desirable Skills

• Food hygiene certificate (preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided).
• 1 year hospitality/barista/customer service experience preferred.
