Job description

The postholder carries continuing responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, standards setting within the department and will be responsible for the deployment, supervision and teaching of students and other staff. • Adhere to DHSSPS and NMC guidelines for practice requirements and standards, for example, safe handling, administration, storage and custody of medicinal products.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the live NMC Register.
• Must have completed or willing to complete a recognised post graduate Trauma and Orthopedic course or Neurosciences course.
