Receptionist


Job description

The function of the post is to provide reception duties for Patients invited to attend the centre by the Doctor or Nurse therefore require good communication skills for dealing face to face with the public. Post holder will also be required to take and record calls from the Public so that they can be triaged by our Clinicians. Responsibilities

  • Phone Answering - Handling all inbound calls from patients to the call centre using the agreed protocols.
  • Logging Calls - Logging, verifying or amending details on the internal computer system.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • GCSEs Grades A-C or equivalent in English Language and Maths and two years suitable and recent experience.
  • OR Four years suitable and recent experience in an office, receptionist or call centre environment within the past five years.
