THE EMPLOYER IS: QUENCH INNS LTD Location: Cobblers Gastropub & Pizzeria, Ederney The Junior Chef supports the kitchen team in preparing dishes while maintaining hygiene, safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of menu items.
• Perform basic food tasks such as washing, chopping and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Support senior chefs.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic culinary skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.

Desirable Skills

• Culinary school graduate.
• Prior kitchen or hospitality experience.
• Passion for food and an eagerness to learn.
