Job description

As a Customer Advisor, you’re the heart of our stores. Not only will you provide excellent, tailored service to our customers, you’ll be there to: We are looking for a colleague who would be willing to work double the contracted hours when overtime is needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment
• Be involved in stock movements
• Organise deliveries
• Support the operations of the store
• Showcase our ‘feel great footwear’, that feels as great as it looks
• Help our customers look & feel great

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to be customer focussed

Desirable Skills

• Sales experience
• Previous retail experience
