Office Administrator
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: WINEFLAIR (BELFAST) LTD. The successful candidate will assist the HR team with administration tasks and duties such as filing, scanning and uploading documents as well as answering calls to the head office.
Responsibilities
- Checking store's weekly rotas for compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Processing and authorising managers' holidays.
- Processing stationary orders for stores.
- Processing uniform orders for stores.
- Provide support to other departments.
- Handling documents.
- Answering phone calls.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 3 GCSEs (including English and Maths C or above).
- Previous MS Office experience (particularly Excel).
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
Desirable Skills
- People management and interpersonal skills.
- Time management.
