THE EMPLOYER IS: FISH CITY The Office Assistance is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role provides administrative support, manages office procedures, coordinates communication, and assists with day-to-day organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, file, and manage documents, records, and reports.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoices, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Support HR-related tasks including onboarding documentation and employee records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Assist management with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desirable Skills

  • Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
