Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: MAINSTAY DRP Support the safe, clean, and well-maintained operation of Mainstay DRP buildings through routine estates and facilities tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out visual health & safety checks (fire doors, signage, exits).
• Assist with waste, recycling, and stock management.
• Support basic grounds and external area upkeep.
• Report maintenance issues using checklists or digital tools.
• Prepare rooms and spaces for daily use.
• Carry out task-based, repetitive routines.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Able to follow step-by-step instructions.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

The Employer is: MAINSTAY DRP JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
