THE EMPLOYER IS: GARETTA We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer focused Sales Associate to join our clothing retail team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing an excellent shopping experience, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining an attractive and well organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice where appropriate.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory control.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Excellent customer service and people skills. Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Sales skills, including upselling and product recommendation.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
• Attention to detail (pricing, displays, stock levels).
• Problem-solving skills for handling customer queries and complaints.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The Employer is: GARETTA JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
