Job description

The role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our service. You will support the Service Administrator with a wide range of administrative tasks. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls and welcoming visitors
• Managing diaries, bookings, and events
• Preparing reports and audit information
• Processing invoices and general finance admin
• Recording and maintaining accurate data on service databases
• Updating social media channels and the website with key service information
• Providing admin support to the wider multidisciplinary team

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills
• Substantial experience of IT systems including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience in maintaining electronic records
• Good verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience of processing invoices or other financial administration tasks
• Experience of updating and managing social media platforms or websites

Further Information

Salary: £24,651 - £25,401 per annum pro rata. Days to be agreed. Gold Community Partnership Sure Start is funded by the Department of Education and has been supporting families with children aged 0-4 in designated ward areas across Mid Ulster for over 24 years. The project delivers a range of early intervention support services through a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team.
