THE EMPLOYER IS: SILVER SPIDER MEDIA LTD The Junior Account Manager will support customers throughout the delivery of website and digital marketing services. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on experience in customer communication, project coordination, and basic digital administration within a professional digital media agency. The role is part of the JobStart Scheme and includes structured training, mentoring, and skills development to support future employability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact for customers during website and marketing projects.
• Gather customer information and requirements using structured onboarding processes.
• Prepare clear briefs for web developers and designers.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
• Provide regular progress updates to customers through to project completion.
• Assist with basic website updates and content changes.
• Support simple digital marketing and administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full training will be provided.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT skills, including email and document use.
• Able to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Interest in digital marketing or web design.
• Previous customer service or office-based experience.
• Familiarity with websites or content management systems.
