We are a busy bespoke furniture manufacturer based in Ballymena. The ideal candidate must have office experience, able to work off own initiative and be able to work as part of a team within a busy office environment. The individual will be expected to help with the daily running of the office, answering phones, filing, processing orders with external suppliers, dealing with clients needs both on the phone & via email. The individual must be computer literate with experience of MS Office & Excel. Full training will be provided on our online procurement system. Hours are negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Processing ordered with external suppliers using our online procurement system
- Answering phones
- Dealing with Client needs both via email & on the phone
- Managing inbox
- Filing
- Support to other members of the team
- Any other duties as they arise
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Must be computer literate
- Experience of MS Outlook & Excel
- Must be able to deal with clients, such as contractors, architects, suppliers, sales reps plus work colleagues
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a similar environment / role would be be desirable but not essential
