Job description

We are seeking Mixing / Machine Operatives for our client, a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia based in Crossmaglen. As a Mixing / Machine Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production line operations.

Responsibilities

• Operation of mixing machines
• Weigh up individual ingredients against recipes.
• Complete traceability paperwork
• Assign the correct ingredient quantities to the Recipes.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Desirable Skills

• Basic understanding of English, both written and verbal in order to carry out the role safely and effectively.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
