THE EMPLOYER IS: ENNIS ENTERPRISE LTD T/A HOMEBIRD CAFE Homebird Café is seeking a chef to join their team, the role involves preparing hot and cold food items, baking scones and traybakes, carrying out general housekeeping to maintain high hygiene standards, and contributing to hygiene records..

Responsibilities

• Assisting kitchen team in preparing food to include washing, peeling, chopping, cooking & baking.
• Following recipes.
• Temperature checking.
• Maintaining food hygiene records and general housekeeping.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be capable of standing most of the day and handling sharp knives and hot pots and pans.
