In this you will provide a mobile transportation service within the community sector. About the role: Duration: 1 month initially with the possibility of an extension. Responsibilities

• Complete any records in relation to the performance/usage of the vehicle per journey e.g. miles travelled, petrol used, oil replaced, patient/clients carried, loading etc.
• Secure clients travelling in wheelchairs with the recommended restraint device.
• Collect and convey clients/patients.
• Carry out daily routine maintenance of their vehicle and minor repairs.
• Convey clients to centres, for educational classes, outings, luncheon clubs, etc.
• Operate tail lifts on vehicles where provided, after training.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Category D Licence is required with no restrictions.
• CPC Card valid for at least 2 years.
• As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Enhanced AccessNI Disclosure.
