Job description

Lead on complex housing-led regeneration projects from inception to completion, ensuring full alignment with the Authority’s Housing Strategy, overarching corporate objectives, and relevant national and regional government policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housing-led regeneration strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, housing policy, and community priorities.
• The postholder will deliver outcomes that support socio-economic growth, sustainability, and community well-being in line with statutory frameworks and strategic priorities.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Candidates must hold a degree or an equivalent level qualification (Level 6) and must also demonstrate 3 years’ relevant experience.
