Job description

Our Client Wrightbus are seeking a Quality Administrator to join their fantastic team based in Galgorm. This role will support the Quality function through effective administration, document control, and data analysis, helping to maintain and continuously improve their Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Document Control.
  • Creation of purchase requisitions.
  • Conduct internal audits to ISO9001.
  • Maintain elements of the Quality Management System.
  • Compilation of reports into Excel using Pivot Tables, Lookup functions etc.
  • Manipulation of data to produce graphs and trend analysis.
  • Undertake all duties in line with General Data Protection and maintain utmost level of confidentiality.
  • Ensure work is completed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
  • Ensure that you treat those with whom they come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner in accordance with the Dignity at Work Procedure.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) to include Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a busy admin role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Document Control.
  • Ability to prioritise and schedule own workload.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
