We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Mushroom Harvesters. In this role, you will be responsible for picking mushrooms by hand in a controlled environment, ensuring quality and efficiency while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Harvest mushrooms by hand according to size, quality, and maturity standards
• Handle mushrooms carefully to prevent damage or bruising
• Use knives or other harvesting tools as required
• Sort and pack mushrooms into containers or trays
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in mushroom picking or agricultural work
• Ability to achieve the targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Please note this is a physically demanding role that requires applicants to stand and sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
