Job description

The Regional Head of Tenant and Client Services is a key member of the Tenant & Client Services Senior Management Team.  The post-holder will assist in the overall strategic planning and direction of the Association to ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained and that the organisation is best placed to face the challenge of a constantly changing social housing sector.

Responsibilities

• The post-holder will assist in the overall strategic planning and direction of the Association to ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Degree or equivalent, in a relevant field (eg housing, management, business); AND,
• 5 Years experience in a senior management role within customer facing services OR,
• 7 Years experience in a senior management role within customer facing service
