Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: ANTRIM PLAYBALL LTD Location: Antrim Enterprise Agency, Unit 19, Hatchery NI. The successful candidate will carry out a range of administrative activities such as organising digital documents and maintaining paper-based records as well as interact with customers, suppliers and internal staff via calls and emails.
Responsibilities
- Office Administration and Organisation - The participant will learn how to manage filing systems, organise documents, and maintain both digital and paper-based records effectively.
- Communication and Customer Interaction - They will develop professional communication skills through handling calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Data Entry and Information Management - The participant will gain experience in accurate data input, spreadsheet updates, and maintaining internal databases to support operational reporting.
- Scheduling and Coordination - They will learn to assist with booking meetings, updating calendars, arranging appointments, and supporting the coordination of programmes and activities.
- Document Preparation and Basic Reporting - The participant will develop skills in producing simple documents, forms, attendance sheets, and activity reports using standard office software.
- IT and Digital Skills Development - They will gain confidence using office software such as Word, Excel, email systems, and internal digital tools essential to administrative operations.

- Good time keeping skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous coaching experience in any administration role.
