Bow Bells is a family-run coffee shop business with three locations, known for handcrafted coffees, freshly made sandwiches and wraps, and home bakes produced in our Donaghadee bakery. Our Conlig store operates as a fast-paced quick-stop café with a strong lunchtime and office catering trade. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor / Key Holder to support daily operations and play a key role in driving sales growth, particularly within our sandwich and sandwich platter offering.

Responsibilities

• Key holding duties including opening and closing
• Supervising and motivating staff during busy service periods
• Actively promoting and growing lunchtime sandwich and platter sales
• Building relationships with local offices and regular customers
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Cash handling and trusted responsibility within the business

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous supervisory or senior café/hospitality experience
