Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: TRP SERVICES LTD The CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimising our CRM system to support director/consultants in marketing, sourcing candidates, updating current clients and candidates. This role involves ensuring data integrity, volume data capture, attention to detail and consistency. Telephone work shall be involved when reaching out to candidates to update details to ensure streamlined searches. Basic reception duties, greeting visitors coming into office. The successful applicant shall be mentored and fully trained on CRM system, giving ongoing guidance and support to enhance their operational understanding of the system.

Responsibilities

  • Working on in-house recruitment software, handling volume data input, updating information. Contacting candidates via system and updating their files.
  • Telephoning candidates to update their details on system. Performing candidate searches via the system. Sending multiple messages via the system to promote job opportunities.
  • Greeting visitors to office, offering refreshments. Handling documentations related to their visit.
  • Ensuring front of house is kept clean and tidy for visitors coming into office.
  • Ensuring persons are compliant with in-house documentation and updating same onto system.
  • Answering phone and overseeing marketing emails via CRM system. Contacting persons via advertising platforms.
  • Typing, updating and maintaining of databases.
  • Providing excellent customer service, creating a positive first impression, and handling inquiries with professionalism are key.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong admin background.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Possess the ability to build rapport, remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • A strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software is essential for efficient task management and communication.

Desirable Skills

  • 2 years' experience in administration.
